Well kids, I cashed in my Chuck E. Cheese tickets for a grand total of 1533. Took about 10 minutes just to feed the tickets into the stupid machine while the sound of the "Muncher" dude kept eating them... I thought I was going to go insane. Not to mention the fact that some stupid guy came up and was breathing down my neck watching me feed them all in and then followed me over to the redeeming counter. Trying to steal my glitter lamp no doubt... *shifty glance* So yeah, I really shouldn't have gone tonight but I'd been 55 tickets away for so long that... yeah... Thanks to Tauni, Amye, and the other random people who gave me tickets so I could fulfill my dream. :-P Now to save up for the 10,000 one just to say I did... Ok, going now.

Well, I guess the excitement of last night was a bit too much for me as I woke up sicker than a dog this morning. I mean, I was already sick but now... Ugh... no school for Hoolia today... And it's only, like, the 4th class meeting? Yuck. Oh well. It probably didn't help any that I read this article. Colleeny, do NOT click the link! And anyone else who has a weak stomach. Like me today... I'm going to go lie in my bed and moan and pretend I'm somewhere celebrating last night's win... Preferable somewhere with Billy. Whoo LOTR!

YAY!!!!!! Return of the King won all 11 awards it was nominated for! Sean should have been nominated! It would have broken the tie with Titanic! DAMN YOU ACADEMY! But thanks for what you DID give us!!!! HUZZAH!!!! And the euphoria will last for quite some time. Thank you, Tauni, for keeping me updated! Ah, to be this brilliant: Lord of the Peeps.

Once again I attempted to update and it layed the Elvish Smackdown on me... stupid LJ. Luckily it wasn't a very long entry. I bought a color ink cartridge today! Now, this may not seem like very exciting news, but when you consider the fact that, for one reason or another, I haven't had color ink for about 3 years, it is exciting stuff indeed. Now I can print out Billy pictures! At least, I -should- be able to print them out except that I came home to find out my -black- cartridge has run dry. Marvelous. *sigh* Oh well, good quality Billy pictures shall wait for another day.

Still 96 days. (Whoo! I remembered! Not that it really matters 'cause I already put it up earlier but... damn.)

It's been an interesting couple of days. Interesting in that "I'm bored out of my mind and in a ticked off mood" kinda way. My German book -still- has not arrived and so I will more than likely fail my first German test tomorrow. Grrr..... so not cool. And to add to my feelings of pissed-offedness (yes, that's a word) Mum and I went to Temecula yesterday and stopped at Barnes and Noble. Now, you wouldn't think that would tick me off, but I happened to pick up the Disney Adventures magazine to browse through the "Sneak Peek" for Prisoner of Azkaban and what to my wandering eyes should appear but something like "You won't be seeing all those drab clothes in the latest Harry Potter movie. With a new director comes a new sense of style and the kids will be wearing kids clothes more than usual in the new movie." WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!? *screams* HELLO?!?! They're fucking WIZARDS! They wear fucking ROBES! Make more stylish robes or something but don't put them in nothing but Muggle clothes! *rage* Stupid people.

Ugh, maybe I'm so bitchy 'cause I'm sick. Or maybe it's just 'cause I'm a big geek. I really need to stop cussing. *sigh* Anyway, another woe is that I won't be seeing the Oscars tonight. I generally don't miss TV all that much but every now and then a show will come up that I really want to see. That LotR special a couple of weeks ago, the SAG awards, the Oscars, Billeh on E! and a couple of other shows this week. *sigh* Oh well. Someone let me know how many Oscars LotR wins.

*randomly sticks a "98 days" here* So I get this call tonight around 7 o'clock from this number I don't know. I answer it and it sounds like Matt so I start having this conversation with "Matt" and can't figure out why he's in Hemet and for some reason also at the school... Come to find out it -isn't- Matt but Jeff. (Sorry Jeffie! I'm a big geek!) He had decided that I needed to come to the school and save Karaoke night 'cause it was boring as hell. Well, I tried, but I alone could not do it. It was... a disaster. I mean, I walked in and Danny Guerrero was singing Lady Marmalade... need I say more? It was fun though. At one point we were going to flood the song requests with stupid things just to keep the shindig going until 3 am or so... but we (Kate, Christine, Kathleen, Jessica and I) decided to head on over to Olivera's instead.

And there was pie... Kate and Jessica had both won pie from a raffle so we got coffee and ate pie. And... god there were so many good pie moments. I don't even like pie but... I haven't laughed this hard in sooooooooo very long. Then we were listing all the songs that we should have put in, all under Danny's name. We were going to start at the beginning of the song book and just write them all down... I started coming up with songs named "Aardvark" "Apples" and when I got to "Boomerang" Kate spit coffee all over Kathleen... *laughs hysterically* And it was all fun and games. Until...

Jessica murdered her pie... And now its spirit haunts us. And we will never be safe. We live in the fear of the shadow of pie looming behind us with it's plastic fork, hunting us down until we pay for our cri- AH! I SEE THE SHADOW!!!! HELP ME SOMEONE, PLEA-

Once again I have tried to update and once again LJ has failed me... I need to download a client or something. I wonder if that would help... Hmm... ok, let's see what I recall.

I realized that yesterday I forgot to mention that a) it was Ash Wednesday and I couldn't eat meat (In-N-Out cravings get so much worse when you can't have it), b) it was 100 days 'til PoA (I -will- keep the countdown going), and c) it looks like I will be forced to see the Passion of Christ. Well, not forced exactly... Mum doesn't want to go see it alone and even though I'd refused to see it, I feel bad for her and have reluctantly told I would. I'm going to sit for hours watching a sub-titled relentessly violent movie on a subject I don't particularly care about whatsoever... oh joy.

School is over for the week! Huzzah! We didn't dance today which was slightly disappointing 'cause I kinda wanted to make my body into and exhausted painful pulp just one more time before the weekend... probably best to let if have it's rest though. In other news, Mr. Goth-Who-Knows-ALL-About-Philosophy wasted at least half an hour of class time today arguing stupid pointless shit. He's such an idiot! I need to find out his real name. So I can hunt him down... Oh and RCC was taken over by Munchkins this morning. I think they were there to see a play. *shrug* There were hundreds of them!

I know I had another paragraph about somethin-... oh! I remember! I was commenting on the fact that people have been updating a lot lately. Particularly Luke. I mena, we hardly ever hear from him and now he's updating, like, twice a day. You're kinda freaking me out, Twin. But it's ok! Don't stop!

School is going... well, it's just going. Very stressful. My German book still hasn't arrived. The -workbook- has, but not the actual book so the workbook is pretty much useless. Really like the clas though, now if I could only study the vocabulary so I knew what was going on...

Philosophy is good too. Except for this one guy who's like, gothic or something? Which I don't have a problem with, but he nitpics every single thing the professor says. Argues things completely off topic. He's such an ass. Teacher tells him at least 4 times a class to shut up (well, not in so many words, but more or less) but he just keeps on going. Ugh...

I HATE my other classes! Well, ok, no, I don't. My body hates them! I am so sore... Jazz dance on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Karate on Monday and Wenesday. My body gets no real chance to rest. As Mark puts it "You may hate me now, but you'll love me when it comes to bikini season"... Which doesn't change the fact that we hate him now, now does it? *moan* It hurts to laugh! I mean, that's really really sad 'cause I'm laughing all the time and groaning at the same time! Things are just too damn amusing!

So yeah, I'm in a weird mood as usual. On one hand I'm totally happy and laughing (and groaning) and excited, and on the other I'm really depressed. At the same time... Happy and depressed *scrunchy face* Together! *chuckles softly to the few people/person that got that* So yeah, I think it's mostly just 'cause I'm exhausted. So, keeping that in mind, I'm going to go have sore muscle stuff put on and then go off to bed. whee.

Alena and I had a good time. Spent the night at her house last night and watched most of the commentary for FotR and TTT plus this other interviewy thing which was really cool. Finally got to see the film that goes with some of these random icons I've seen floating around. Wished we'd had more time to just talk but 'twas good. Got home this morning and Mum decided she wanted to see a movie. Went and saw 50 First Dates which was really good (Seannie is so cute and -such- a great actor!) but... I dunno. Just me being my pathetic sappy self. Put me in a really weird mood. So I went and bought Ben and Jerry's ice cream and life will be better because of that soon.

Alena and I went and saw Return of the King again today. Only my third time, but it was a good one. Everyone in that theatre probably hated us, except for the couple sitting down the row from us. The woman was totally enthusiastic and kept clapping and such. Billy sang... yum... my hands are seriously abused from all the knuckle bting that occured. *knuckle bite* Alena and I could not stop laughing at one part when Aragorn burst through the doors to tell Theoden that Gondor has called for help. He says "The beacon is lit" and I followed with "The British are coming, the British are coming!" Hee hee hee. It really amused us. We tried to laugh quietly. It was also nice to look for some of the things that I've been reading about such as Sam calling the little baby Frodo, and the symbolism thing with the ring right before it's destroyed, and of course the massively bad shot of Pippin at the Black Gate when it's his double. Alena and I kept pointing "double" shots out to each other. Mostly with Pip. I'm trying to remember other good parts... Eh, well, the whole movie was good. It was grand! It was in Stadium Seating! And Alena and I got matching RotK t-shirts later in the mall! Whee! And the night's not over yet. I finally get to see the commentary for FotR and TTT. Huzzah! And hang out with my Hawaii bud! And laugh hysterically at the most random...
AH! Almost forgot the most random part of the day. As we were leaving the mall, we walked by this guy who was yelling at this other guy, telling him something like "You need to lay down the fucking line and stand up to this guy. He's gotta know that this is YOUR kiosk and he can't take it from you." ROFL! I don't know why this struck me as so funny but it did. My new battle cry is "Defend your kiosk." A kiosk... whoo! *wipes away the tears of laughter* Life is good.

So school went well again today, sorta.
German looks like it's going to be insanely long... 3 hours a day, two days a week. Yuck. Karate might get cancelled. :-( And while I got into my math class (yay) when I tried to add it they said I was over the units I'm allowed to take... Meh? This would put me at, like, 16, 2 of which are P.E. and the other is just Choir... Wonderful. So now I have to try to get ahold of a counselor to talk to and do it before tomorrow night so that I can hopefully order my books tomorrow and hopefully get them before Monday (wishful thinking) so I can, you know, do my homework and such. Oh and I can already tell this math class, if I do get into it, is really pathetic. She was explaining the midpoint formula today... I swear I learned that in sixth grade... but they say I have to take it so whatev. It'll be an easy 5 units. Funf! *giggle* That's a funny word. Whoo... Sleepy time comes.

First day of classes went well. Got into a "Class Voice" class that looks really good. Maybe now I'll learn how to actually sing (Yeah, thanks a lot Pumphrey). However when I went to get the book for it it's supposed to come with a 2 CD set which is cool and all except that somehow I only ended up with one... Ugh... So now I have to go fight my way through the bookstore again at some point. Which I need to do anyway 'cause I have to get my German books and probably math if I get into that class. WHY am I taking German?! WHY WHY WHY?! The books are going to be $160... for one class... I didn't expect that much. Oh well.

Math was good 'cept I'm not sure I'm going to get in. We'll find out tomorrow. Philosophy was also good except for the one kid who kept trying to turn everything into a debate. The teacher finally told him to shut up. Well, not in so many words but she was getting pretty ticked. Whee! Least she didn't go along with it.

I am soooooo excited about my dance class. Last semester I was kinda intimidated by Mark but I think that's just 'cause I hadn't had him in class yet. He's so funny! And he read my critique on his dance that I wrote for another teacher and loved it and complimented me on it again today. Something I wrote two months ago. I was really surprised he knew who I was. Whoo! Oh and the girl who played the witch in Into the Woods with me last semester and she's really fun so that'll be cool.

So yeah, everything was good I'm just really tired now and still have to wait for a bit for Mum to get out of work. Then I need to go buy dance clothes and shoes and get money for books... ugh... Must get a job sometime soon. Hope everyone is doing well and such!

Ok, so here's Hoolia... decides she's gonna bake some cookies. She's baking cookies... having a grand ol' time. Takes a batch out, puts a batch in. Closes the door. Hmm... the door didn't close all the way. I'll just push this closed here and- What the- FUCK! Why the hell did the OVEN DOOR HANDLE JUST BREAK OFF IN MY HAND?!?!?!?!?!? AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! THE COOKIES WILL BURN AND SET THE HOUSE ON FIRE! AHHHHHH!!!! *runs around madly* Ugh... not a fun time in the Schatz Household... Luckily I figured out a way to pop the door open... but still... I do not want to tell my mother about this... *sigh*

On the plus side I found a really cool downloadable Sindarin dictionary that rocks my socks! It makes me so happy!

And in other news, my Harry Potter DVDs continue to mock me. It's a good thing I don't own the LotR ones 'cause I don't think I could stand it if all 4 were sitting there mocking me. I might have a nervous breakdown... Oops, time to go pop the oven door open again. Laters all.

Edit a couple of hours later: On another note, the sun is going down and turning everything a weird orangey color. If I lived on Tornado Alley I'd definitely say there was a twister coming. But I don't so hopefully there isn't. I'm also hoping Hemet isn't on fire, as amusing as that would be. Ok, must wrestle with the oven again...

Professor Quill or Professor Snape: I'm going to assume you meant Professor Quirrell 'cause if you didn't I'm going to feel like a complete idiot and have to go hide under a rock for the rest of my life 'cause I don't remember a Professor Quill. :-( However, that's besides the point 'cause I'd have to pick Snape. He got to stay around longer.
2. Hagrid or Professor McGonagall: This is the most random comparison... Hagrid.
3. Crabbe or Goyle: Alena's is too good to change: There's a difference?

LotR Questionaire #5?

1. Fave Tolkien book: Fellowship of the Ring
2. Fave LOTR Memorabilia: Um, sadly I don't have much. I guess my posters.
3. Fave LOTR Actor Appearance besides LOTR: *shrug*
4. Fave scene of all 3 movies: I'll go with Council of Elrond. Or when Pippin sings.
5. Do you think Sean Astin deserved an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor? Totally
6. How many times did you see FOTR in theaters? 3, I think
7. How many times did you see TTT in theaters? 2? Maybe if I ask Colleen she would remember.
8. How many times did you see ROTK in theaters? 2 so far. May see it again this weekend.
9. Do you own the extended editions? Sadly, no. I don't see the point of getting them until I get a TV and DVD player. However, soon as I do they will be the first things I buy.
